I am really excited to start my journey as a fitness coach! This month, I am heading up an accountability and motivation Facebook group. We are committed to doing a round of Country Heat - a low impact dance fitness program, eating right and drinking Shakeology. Started this today! Yes, all 4!

I'll be focusing on squats this week. I found a great way to get them in via YouTube. Using the song "Flower" by Moby, squat and hold everytime the word "down" is sung. Stand up when the word "up" is sung. Next week I'll be doing it with plank. Both variations are in this video. Enjoy!!!!
